CRITERIA FOR SUBMISSION
Nominate anyone you feel has made a difference in your life or in our community by completing the online form below. Be as detailed as possible.
Nominations are open to individuals of all ages. There is no age limit for nominees; however, they do need to live, work, or attend school within the Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, or Union County regions.
Deadline for submissions is Tuesday, February 10th, 2026.
PRIZES
Prizes for the winners include gift cards to local small businesses and Be Kind. merchandise. Award winners are announced daily throughout Kindness Week (Feb 16-20) across our social media channels @SusquehannaValleyUW and LIVE on 94KX radio station. One Grand Prize Winner will be chosen on Friday, February 20th, 2026.

All stories are read by the Kindness Awards Committee for approval. We reserve the right to edit stories before publishing for length and content.
