United Way Kicks Off Their 2024-2025 Campaign With $665,000 Goal.
Susquehanna Valley United Way’s Annual Campaign is underway with a focus on our local ALICE population. The goal is to raise $665,000 for vital programming for this underserved group. Community members are encouraged to participate in United Way’s Annual Day of Giving on 10/24/24, a 24-hour fundraising event designed to Unite our community and Ignite a brighter future. A neon glow party will kick things off at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, 10/23/24, at The Iron Fork at Frost Valley in Danville.
Dillon Floral Celebrates 150 Years in Business with a Floral Extravaganza.
Dillon Floral celebrated 150 years in business with a Floral Extravaganza on Tuesday night hosted by the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce. Sixty-one floral arrangements were created for the event and then auctioned off, with the proceeds benefiting Susquehanna Valley United Way, raising over $2,000 for our community.
