FAMILY FUN NIGHT: EXPERIMENTING WITH COLORS
Join us for Family Fun Night: Experimenting with Colors on April 15 in Sunbury. Children will paint their own canvas as part of Painting for Prevention, a creative activity that promotes awareness during Child Abuse Prevention Month. Hosted by the Family Services team through the Parents as Teachers program.
ANNUAL WEE READ BOOK DRIVE
Wee Read Book Drive is Susquehanna Valley United Way’s annual community book drive. From April 11–24, we are collecting new and gently used children’s books to help build home libraries for families served through our Parents as Teachers program and support literacy across our five-county region. New this year, supporters can also make a financial donation to help us purchase additional books and ensure every child receives a story of their own.
Halloween Carnival - Family Fun Night
Bring the family for a night of Halloween fun! Join us for free hotdogs, carnival games, activities, and safe trick-or-treating. Costumes encouraged! This free event is open to the public — perfect for families with kids.
